Monuments being restored with breaches in Bashkortostan

Department of Rossvyazokhrankultura in the Bashkortostan Republic made a planned check of observance of license requirements and conditions on realization of restoration of objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of JSC Investment Fund of Residential Development.

In the course of check governmental agents examined the documentation concerning the projects of restoration of the building of the Supreme Court of the Republic–Kilimov Palace, a monument of federal significance. They also checked the realization of anti-damage and preservation works on historical and cultural monument Voskresensky Copper-Smelting Factory, mid XVIII c. Check revealed that there were no professionals in a field of restoration of monuments of cultural heritage at the moment of restoration works in the JSC Investment Fund of Residential Development. It is the infringement of the license requirement and the conditions stated in Position about Licensing of Work on Restoration of Objects of Cultural Heritage (historical and cultural monuments) approved by the Governmental Order of the Russian Federation from 20.02.2007 № 117 (under the edition of The Governmental Order of the Russian Federation from 02.10.2007). Inspectors of Rossvyazokhrankultura issued the instruction for JSC Investment Fund of Residential Development according to which the enterprise is to eliminate infringements within 3 months.
